I have the Banfield wellness program. I'm not 100% happy with it, because its just that..a wellness program that covers any and all office visits, dental cleaning w/anesthesia, and vaccines. It does not cover emergencies.
I learned after going to Banfield that they have gotten a bad reputation. I've happened to have great experiences at my Banfield office, I like the vet and the pet nurses are super good to me and Max. For example, when Max had an ear infection, I had the hardest time getting his ear drops in twice a day. The office manager let me bring him in twice a day for the length of the treatment so the nurses could do it for me and never charged me!
I've been thinking about getting a policy to cover emergencies. Can anyone recommend a plan for only emergencies? |
