I agree with everyone about shaving down thats normally the easiest thing to do when dealing with matted puppy hair. Congrats on your new addition! Hopefully with lots of spoiling and love she will thrive in her new environment. Its so awesome that you were thinking of getting another yorkie and then you found her and rescued her.
