I believe that is perfectly normal. He's just left his litter mates/mommy and doesn't understand why he's all alone. Give a few more days and it'll get better. Does he have anything he can nuzzle into in his kennel? If not, you may want to get him a blanket or something. I'm sure others will have more info as well. It's been a while since I brought home a little puppy. Jacie was grown and Sophie came home at 16 weeks, and we put her in the bed with us.
