I replied to your PM - and then I saw this post - so I thought I'd post part of my response here as well, in case you miss it (plus it might help others with the same questions).

I have many customers with tiny dogs and they wear both 3/8" and 5/8" bows. You can see some of the photos and how the bows fit in the Doggie Spotlight. For instance, Charlize (2.97 lb), Coco (2.5 lb) and Mischa Bug (4 lb) all wear a single 5/8" bow, while Emiline Rose (4 lb) wears TWO 5/8" bows. However, Elle Bug (3 lb) wears a single 3/8" bow. It really is a matter of personal preference, however the Bow Sizing Info page should help guide you a bit more.

You also asked about payment methods - I accept PayPal and most major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express & Discover).
