We stopped in at a tire place and made an appt for the next day. The next day we show up and there are two people ahead of us and another guy comes in behind us. Two guys are at the counter and neither are acknowledging any of us. One is answering incoming calls and one was making calls. The first guy left, we waited till the one guy placed his 4th call and we left too. Don't know if the last two people ever got waited on. We've gone there for years and other family members have too. Not anymore! I called them from my cell phone when we were driving away, they answered and said "I don't know what you want me to do, I can make you another appt." I said no we had one that only works if you talk to people who come in so you can check them in. I called the corp office and filed a complaint, someone was to call me back but didn't. They were supposed to have 3 people on call. Okay I vented. You would think in this economy a business would treat customers better, especially return customers.
