Im pretty sure its a puppy also but I have seen once in a while much older dogs for sale . they give them a puppy cut and say its 6 or 8 months old and its more like a few yrs old. People always thought that Cookie was a puppy, even at 5 yrs old.
The main petshops in Miami is PetLand. But there are several petshops in miami that I see in the Flyer paper always advertising.
