So, I called Animal Control they told me to call them when he is out. If they catch him out they can take care of it. Otherwise, there is really nothing they can do (unless he has hurt someone). I called my immediate neighbors and told them about him so they will keep their children and pets inside. I am going to call the police department and report something as well. |
What bugs me is they say they can only do something if they catch him out and they will be so slow to get there so most of the time they wont find the animal out at least thats how it seems here.
