Yes actually really stupid!!! ugh... i really dont think they know anything about those kinda laws and as i sit here i wonder what kind of horrible birth this mother must have had and care through out pregnancy
....when i say theres no educated in that department i mean it... its just sad because i can imagine soooo many other puppys are born into the same situation its crazy how do you give a 3 week old pup peices of HAM
