I don't care what anyone says...I hate pitbulls. I've stated on YT that I believe that they are God's biggest mistake. I'd try calling the cops but it may not do much good. The owner obviously does'nt give a flip. Also don't assume your babies are safe in your yard. Pits can and will dig under fences. Good luck,you'll need it.
