Looking on google for anything i can find...he's eating fine, we really caught this early, IMO, it wasn't there Tue morning and as much petting, rubbing we do i noticed it Tue night after work, so hopefullt he won't experience pain, fingers crossed
Surprised the vet did not remove the molar. The abcess is due to the infection and the only thing that will help is removing the cause of the infection. That abcess will continue draining, antibiotics will take care of the infection without that being done. Be demanding or start looking for another vet.
