Okay, so I have this female yorkie- 3 months- we had her for almost 3 weeks. We thought it was normal that she shakes in the beginning due to new environment. However, she seems to always be scared and shaking. She is also a whiner and yelper. I don't know what to do!! Is it normal for females to be like this? I have a male and he is the EXACT OPPOSITE!!

Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance and have a good day!
What kind of environment is she in at your home when she is whining and yelping? Are you keeping her crated or confined in a small area? How old is the male you have? Are you allowing them together? Do you have small children in the house?

It does sound like she feels insecure in her environment. She is at an age where she needs lots of love and attention. Hopefully with time she will start feeling more secure in your home. Sometimes it just takes time.
