Oh Breny, hope you are feeling better real soon. When we have a sore throat we stay away from anything with sugar (as am told sugar feeds infections).

Hope you are drinking lots of good ole water. It helps to gargle with warm salt water, and I also use the apple cider vinegar diluted with water for gargle.
