I agree 100%, I was so upset when I had my boys baby teeth pulled because he was left slightly undershot. I was just so upset because I thought I had ruined his bite and waited too long to have the baby teeth removed. The Vet Dentist told me to give him time that his jaw was growing. His bite until then was completely level. He is 10 months now and it is almost completely level again. It's still moving as he is growing. Timing is very important, I did wait too long and it almost cost me his bite. Lesson learned.
