Its got nothing to do with 'skeptism.' It's bahviour identical to an eating disorder tied up with a pretty bow and packaged as being "healthy."  Laxative and no food with creative excuses to justify it because 'you are getting nutrition '(lemons and syrup? Ha!) and because 'it's only for a short period of time.'
I just find it downright disturbing to see it promoted as something "good for you." But hey, to each their own...if you want to try it, knock yourself out, just realize that other people have the right to voice their view on the subject too.
(For the record, I really could care less about what Beyonce or any other celebrity does for that matter--I have always been of the opinon that they should not be responsible for 'shaping the ideals' of our youth. I was merely using her as an example.) |

ORIGINAL Master Cleanse. Learn something truthful about it, instead of speculating from an opinion and putting this cleanse, that you obviously don't understand, into a box with other issues that have nothing to do with this.
