Our little Sassy had her first litter of 5 puppies on Friday morning so they are 4 days old now. They are gaining weight everyday and she has been very attentive to them but today she is wanting to stay away from them more and roaming around the house. Is this normal? What's a normal amount of time for her to be away from them? They aren't crying and they are gaining weight so I know she's feeding them well. Thanks ahead of time for any feedback. These puppies are so adorable and watching Mama with them is precious. Daddy is our other Yorkie.
