I am not yet a breeder, but I see just the opposite. Either they will not sell a dog with breeding rights or if they do, they charge you an arm and a leg. And most of those that will for extra money dont seem to care where the puppy is going and what kind of home they will have. I have spoken with so many breeders and they never ask about my home/family situation.
Clearly, the problem is I am not speaking to the right people!!
