My point was that I would never have to make that choice because there are always other options. I don't think it's fair to say these people on the side of the road selling puppies have no choice but to do what they are doing. They just don't care enough to find the puppies homes the right way. The fact that people will irresponsibly breed and then sluff these puppies off on anyone who's willing to pay for them makes me sick.
I was just reading an
article that was investigating this. I guess they checked out the license plates on some of the cars selling pups. They found a laundry list of charges against the car owners; including burglary and sexual assault of a child. I guess that just shows what kind of people are capable of selling puppies on the side of the road. People with little or no morals.
