She's not biting you! She's teething! It's a puppy thing so don't take it personally!
She'll outgrow it. In the meantime make sure she has plenty of toys to chew on.
My little Dublin is not a cuddler either. When he goes to sleep though, he lays up against me and lets me wrap around him. I guess that's as good as I'm going to get for now...
Meanwhile I got him a girlfriend, and she's a TOTAL cuddle bug!!
