I hope this spreads like
wildfire. Animal advocates should be very proud of themselves for
never giving up on shutting down PM and BYB. Yes, it must be
so very hard on the local shelter's and pounds to get this overflow
but the outcome has to be worth it. The breeder's and I use the
term loosely, should be fined also to cover expenses on those dogs that were surrendered. What good news this is. If they have no money they
should be put to work at the shelter's and pounds cleaning up and feeding
the dogs, of course for free. It's called community service.
