I bought this liquid from PETCO called Dental Fresh a while back and have been using it (not daily as I should) in their water dish . . .apparently Brody still needs a bit more help in that area . . .
Any recommendations for how to go about cleaning his teeth? He's only 2 1/2 and I would love to prevent him from having to get his teeth surgically cleaned . . . |
chlorhexedine kills bacteria in the mouth not allowing it to convert to tarter - get the pet wipes from drsfosterandsmith.com with chlorhexedine and wipe daily. We see a dentist and he said BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH that humans do not even need toothpaste just to brush but we use it to make our breath smell better so the main thing is brushing and if you want added protection chlorhexedine is the best thing for it. I used petzlife gel for a year and my maltese lost 27 teeth so it definitely was not the cure all

also regular dentals if tartar builds up. Brush every night before bed
