Hello!
I organize The Cincinnati Yorkshire Terrier Meetup Group. What this is, is atleast once a month, I organize playdates for ONLY yorkies at a Pet Resort. Although this is in Cincinnati, OH, there are other small play groups for your pup and you can find them on www.meetup.com. for more information on our playdates. Our next one is December 27th at 1pm and it is a Holiday party with an optional gift exchange. I try to not only make the playdates fun for our yorkies, but also for the humans! I know of a couple other yorkie groups located in different cities, so look it up on meetup.com
My little boy, Greysen, has become so much better socialized since he has started attending playdates. It is cheap also, which is great. For example, my group is on $2 per human for each playdate and others are cheaper!
So if you or anyone you know live near Cincinnati, OH, please tell them about this yorkie group. Its a great way to get your pup socialized and have fun, without worrying about them getting hurt or stepped on like at a dog park!
