Merry Christmas everyone! I've had my house decorated for the season since the weekend after Thanksgiving...I think it looks beautiful...and Winston is checking the tree and his stocking each and every day....waiting for Santa to bring him his goodies because he says "I have been a very good boy". LOL!!!
Susie, hope your move goes well and is everything you thought it would be.
I guess I'm use to having all the holidays alone, just hubby and I and of course Winston, it's okay with me, because I know my friends and family are always with me...in spirit and in my heart. I don't feel down in the dumps about it...I remember the holidays we had together fondly...those sweet memories can not be taken away, I savor them all, each and every one. |
I'm glad you have such lovely memories of Christmas's past.
Tink was just reading over my shoulder and saw mention of Winston. She is a little upset right now-wimpering around behind me and scratching at my shoulder. She says "Now I'll neber get to see Winston cause you are stealing me to Texas and dat's too far for me to wun to Iwwinois!"
So, I think I'm in trouble. She hasn't heard from Bernie for months and has decided he doesn't remember her. Uncle Charlie is busy in California and she's feeling neglected by her paramours. I told her it's all my fault cause I haven't been able to keep up lately but she just snorted (a little ladylike one, of course) and stalked off.
