With the symptoms on the current food, I think you're smart to think about switching - there are some ingredients in there that are probably irritating her system a lot.
Although...if she is only 14 wks old...I really doubt she already has a food sensitivity at this age. So, was she tested for giardia back during her fecal test?
Well anyway, if we want to assume food issues -- w/ EUK Puppy, the ones to assume would be Corn and beet pulp. She could even have an issue w/ chicken...but I just don't think it's really all that possible w/ her immune system being so immature yet.
So, if it's btwn Canin and Wellness - I'd vote for the Wellness so that you can avoid corn for this baby, and see if this helps.
