You did what was best for Chester and your family, even though it was very hard on you. I think that shows just how much you love your dogs and your family! No one should fault you for doing what is best! If they do, they do not understand. I know you will miss your Chester, but he is better off in a place where he will not be tempted to bite any children. And since his new family understands the situation, I'm sure they will do what is best for him.
