Derby is 11 pounds and growing probably, so I understand how heavy bigger Yorkies can be; however, I still think strollers and high chairs are best left for human babies. I wouldn't put my baby in a dog bag/backpack, and I won't be putting my dog in a stroller.
As I said earlier, it's personal preference.
