I live in NYC and have been a bit cavalier at the coffee shop nearby, I used to leave BB outside whilst I went in (there is a big glass front and I do watch him) but I won't anymore - I'll take his bag and he can come in with me!!

First of a bit of education, no such thing as a teacup.
Yorkies are the number 2 breed, the cost of purchasing a good quality yorkie is not cheap. This is the Christmas Season, yorkies are being stolen to give as Christmas gifts.
However, yorkies since achieving this popularity are a $$$ commodity....being stolen by drug addicts for exchange or to sell for the drugs.....Yep! they are breaking and entering peoples homes too.
