Congrats to all of you who have bought bags and what not and received what you paid for. The pads I got are thin, non absorbant and not the size indicated on the box. My proof is in the pads I pulled from each box.
Ryan had my info and phone number and needed continued defense from Yorkie Talk rather than to simply respond kindly to my letter this morning. An I'm sorry and arranging to return and refund would have been enough. |
Sorry you weren't happy with the pads but I have to say that I've been using Ryans pads since I found him on YT and will never use any other pads again. I LOVE THEM!!!! I have 5 yorkies that go on potty pads and I too use some trays and the pads are too big for the trays and I have to fold them over in order for them to fit inside. I order 600 at a time and feel they not only are the best value but they are very absorbant (no puddling on top) and I don't need to change them as often as other pads I used in the past. Ryan has always sent the pads as well as the chews I ordered very quickly and I enjoy doing business with such a professional person. I just wanted you to know my experience with Ryan's products.
