Well they must of not even wanted to purchase any kind of medication, what a sick human being.
This should have been a red flag, they should have to be accountable for
their spending to all donating participants.
This makes people think negative about donating, but what happens to all the thousand of animals out there.
I am sure they had to take care of some of the animals, or they would have been caught a long time ago.
Sad storey, but a lot of good people in the SPCA also.
