This is my first post, so I'll probably mess up, but I did want to tell you the hint I picked up on leash training in the Petsmart puppy class. My 5 month old Izzie had always been resistant and I didn't realize until class that she was afraid. I thought she was just strong willed.
The instructor told me to walk backward and tempt her with a treat. I couldn't believe how fast it worked.
