Well, personally I think it would be ok to have the breeder give the vaccinations but I would still want them to have been examined by a vet before they came to me. There are some benefits to a breeder giving their own vaccinations that have nothing to do with money. The vets office is just about the best place for new puppies to pick up seriously and deadly diseases so I really understand why some prefer to do it themselves. If you are looking for breeding stock, you might want to wait until they are older. That's the only way to know you are getting dogs that meet the standard.
