I did look there and I didn't see any place to list the number of dogs. In section III, under 'General Health Conditions', it says,
"Please identify with a check mark all documented health conditions you have personally experienced in Yorkshire Terriers you have bred or owned". It then goes on to list different disorders to choose from. I don't see anywhere that it asks anyone to state the number of dogs in their response. Given that, there probably is no answer to my question, I suppose.
