Ok here's what I think....
Try to put a positive spin on it. Think positive
PR. Also you need to do what is a "call to action". So something like if you call and book an appointment by @$@#$ you will receive a %off or a free @#$@#.
I like the idea of a catch phrase like....umm...ok this part I'm not so good at...
also you could talk about it being in the best interest of your clients to have it at their home... Hassle free, get fully pampered at home etc...
The good news is people that have a stylist come into their home are keepers usually, like elderly who cannot travel, or children, stay-at-home Moms.
I don't think you should mention the economy or having to leave it does not put you in the "best possible light"
