I FOUND THE DRESS!!
Thanks to everyone for offering to help me. We went to Manchester today to shop and drove past walmart because we couldn't remember exactly where it was. Had to turn around in traffic(my husband was having a fit), but it paid off. I have never went or called so many walmarts in my life.
