I would like to offer a word of advice that regardless of what contract you might have, how ironclad it might be, be way more cautious of who it is you are trusting on open papers or for that matter, even pet only limited registration. If something goes wrong and the person goes against your contract or intent, are you willing to drag them into court and the expenses and headaches involved?
IMHO, it is much easier dealing with someone you know you can trust and the contract is merely a reminder on what both buyer and seller are agreeing on. |
