Kathleen, have you actually tried this yet? I asked someone here at work if they've ever heard of it and she said that her MIL wanted them to try it a while back so they made them. She said it really doesn't taste very good.... mostly like a hard-boiled egg. Maybe if you add enough peppers and onions and cheese it might taste better.
