A shame. She was very sweet, yet tough. The last time I personally talked to her was over her concern for my son's grades. The funny thing was that she said her whole room was full of straw because some of the kids stayed after to make scarecrows to decorate the building for fall.

That's a very tough question. Have you talked to the other parents to see what they're doing? Was your son very fond of this teacher? Would this be his first wake or funeral experience?
