I know you are concerned, but it appears that you have done all the right things so far. When there is any change in the bowel movements, I usually put the dog on plain white rice and chicken baby food for a day or two to see if that clears it up.

Keep an eye on everything. My vet always says that if the dog is eating/drinking normally and acts normal that is usually a sign it will pass. But if there is lethargy, change in the color of the gums or something that just doesn't seem "right", then go back into the vets for a check.
