I know it makes you nervous, but it is a good thing for your yorkie to be socialized with children. It is also a good opportunity to teach the child how to treat animals. There is nothing wrong with telling the 2 year old to sit on the floor and you sit with him to supervise while you all play. If the child is running around wildly then pick up your dog so you can keep accidents from happening, but I personally would encourage the interaction with kids. Also you will know which kids not to let around your dog, I have two very well behaved kids and they know the rules around the dogs, however I have a 3 year old nephew that is not nice to animals and he is not allowed anywhere near my dogs.
