Yes, I have papers on him and saw both parents. The mom weighs 3 1/2 lbs and the dad weighs 3. They were both beautiful and both most definately Yorky. So, unless I found a breeder that is good at falsifying docs and showed me the wrong parents, yes he is purebred.
