I love the cotton too, these stretch really well, Maddie unfortunately is a jumper, and still can get anywhere in these, she also spreads out when she chews her bully sticks and it stretched with her.

Yes they stay on really well, I have seen the target ones, they are cute, but these are made way better. The sizing also seems to fit my yorkies better than the dept store brands.
