I continued to try to find that post of the homemade treats from royal canin with no luck. I guess nobody here has seen it either.
I dropped spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and flatten them somewhat, baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes then flipped them over and baked another 20 minutes they were crispy on the outside but very soft on the inside. I do not know how to make them crispy throughout.
Killer does eat them when I break them up and hand feed him. He still will not eat the canned food when I put into his bowl. I have no idea what makes it taste or smell different from the baked ones but at least I can get him to eat it now by hand feeding him.
I did get a prescription from the vet for the dry royal canin LF food which he does pick at that.
Anybody have any tips or tricks please let me know, I sure would like for him to eat the correct food without me hand feeding him.
Thanks
