 Donna Roberts conviction OVERTURNED. Found INNOCENT of all Charges
Just wanted to let everyone out there especially Jerseygal that Donna Roberts was found INNOCENT of all the bogus charges. In fact the court ruled that she should have NEVER been charged in the first place and that the SPCA was wrong as were Laurie Pallante, Barbara Harra and Mary Burns The three witch hunters that started it all and lets not forget their ringleader SPCA Theresa Cooper, who violated many laws to get at Donna Roberts. Oh and by the way it is not hard at all to trump up a case against anyone, you see it everyday when a person oversteps and abuses their power and postion to intimidate someone. |
