I am glad that you got it! That did't take long at all...compared to other things I've sent to Canada! Yes, this is one of those items that you really don't want but if you do need it, it's there.
Another yt told me about her sending it along when her little one gets groomed. I used it over the weekend for that since Maggie is such a wiggle worm and it help tremendously! She is constantly looking "behind" her and when ever I try to do her nails she keeps wanting to investigate the scissors...it help a lot! I was able to cut several of her nails (2 1/2 paws, lol) before she realized what I was doing.
