I think Its SAD and MEAN and doesnt matter if its done while the dog is put to sleep for dental or not .... I think we all know some people that talk to much or just say things that make no sense at all but i wouldnt wish they had there voice box snatched or anything like that while they went for a dental visit, it just isnt right i and i dont think its fair
but thats my opinion
