Did she give a reason why she did that? I would think barking is something that can be fixed with a bit of training.
My first thought when I read your post was that she was trying to hide the dogs from her neighbors. Maybe she is breeding dogs in a residential neighborhood where there could legal issues as a result of running a business out of her home. If no one can hear the dogs then there would be no questions asked by the neighbors or the town. |
