Don't get me wrong I think it's cruel and I would never do it but I do know breeders that do and they are GOOD breeders. They don't debark a pet they are placing, they may on some of the ones they keep. Just don't judge too harshly as the dog is usually in for a dental when it's done and they don't feel it because it's done at that time. Again, while I disagree with it with all my heart it wouldn't stop me from purchasing from them or having any dealings with them. I know for a fact it's done when they are having their dental.
