In total agreement with you. Had the dog been obtained from me, I'd be marching to her house to pick said dog and the litter that was produced. It's in my contract that dogs must be spay/nuetered and any unplanned breeding the dog and pups will be taken by me.
What's worse is the original seller of the dog did not keep track of the dog to ensure it had been nuetered.
