I think it is great to have homes lined up before the pups are even born, that's a great idea. The problem is, breeders letting their puppies go to those new homes too young. Yorkies especially really need to stay with mom and siblings till that are around 12 weeks old. I know it is hard for the new owners to wait that long, but it really is in the best interest of the puppy.
