I remember you telling me this when I first joined YT. By then, I had already exposed mine to several different proteins, thinking that was a good thing. Fortunately, I didn't get to them all so I still have some novel ones available. And hopefully those that I only fed once or twice wasn't enough of an exposure to cause an allergy problem. It's restricting enough trying to find a food I feel good about that Alex can eat with his allergy to chicken.
