Prepared? Really? Your questions would suggest otherwise...
In any event, what is done is done. Do you have a mentor that is going to work with you during the whelp. If not, finding one would be my first suggestion. There is no substitution for having someone with you experienced in the area.
You estimate the due date counting 63 days from the first tie with the male. Your vet will be able to take x-rays at about 50 days and give you a good indication regarding if the pups seem small enough for her to free whelp.
Search the site and make sure you find out what supplies you will need and get them in advance. Learn what to expect with a routine whelp...how long she should be in hard labor, danger signs to watch for, etc. Talk with your vet about supplementing her calcium afterwards.
